New Community Living

Genesis Villas is a new construction townhouse community located in Fremont comprised of 12 units. These units are broken up into 8 different floor plans. The community covers half an acre and it's private street doubles as a common driveway.

Each townhouse plot is privately owned with an HOA managing the overall exterior. The square footage varies per unit, ranging from 1,600 sq ft to 2,200 sq ft.
